1. General

Depending on stock availability, we make every effort to keep our website's inventory counts precise. However, occasional discrepancies may arise, preventing us from fulfilling all your ordered items immediately. In such cases, we will send you the available products and reach out to inquire whether you'd like to patiently await the restocking of the backordered item or opt for a refund.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are determined during the checkout process, taking into account the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of the items in your order. These shipping fees will be included in your total purchase payment.

Rest assured, this amount represents the definitive and complete cost of shipping for our customers.

 

3.Returns

3.1 Returns - Change of mind

Pink Swag does not offer refunds due to the nature of each item being custom and made to order.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we will gladly accept returns for certain conditions. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must also make their own shipping arrangements.

Once we receive and accept your return, we will process a refund in the form of store credit, which you can use for a future purchase. We will keep you informed via email once this process is complete. Please be aware that shipping charges, both for the initial delivery and the return, are non-refundable.

3.2 Returns - Warranty

Pink Swag is committed to upholding valid warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction. To qualify for a warranty claim, please submit your request within 90 days of receiving the items.

Upon our receipt of the items for a warranty claim, Pink Swag will promptly review and address your request within 14 days.

Once your warranty claim is verified, you'll have the option to choose from the following:

(a) A refund to your original payment method.

(b) A refund in the form of store credit.

(c) If available, a replacement item will be sent to you.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout

4.3 Dispatch Time

Typically, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of payment.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays when the warehouse remains closed. During such occasions, we make every effort to minimise shipment delays.

If you need your items soon please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

4.4 Change of delivery address

For change of delivery address requests once the order has been submitted. Some items may be expect from this terms so please get in touch and we will do out best to accommodate.

4.5 P.O Box Shipping

Pink Swag will ship to P.O. box addresses using local postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military BFPO shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of stock items

In the event that an item is currently out of stock, we will promptly ship the available in-stock items and ship the remaining items as soon as they become available again.

4.8 Delivery time elapsed

If delivery time has elapsed the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Pink Swag will do everything we can to ensure you item(s) are delivered on time.

4.9 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment using the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

4.10 Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you discover that a parcel has sustained damage during transit, please make an effort to decline acceptance of the package when presented by the courier. Afterward, promptly reach out to our customer service for further assistance.

In cases where the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service team to discuss the next steps.

Please note that once the parcel has left our warehouse, Pink Swap cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent damage. However, we will engage in an investigation with the courier to ensure a favorable resolution for you.

 

5. Duty & Taxes

5.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply to international shipments and are typically due upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary depending on the specific country, and we strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with these potential costs before making a purchase from Pink Swag.

If you choose not to pay the required duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the merchandise will be returned to Pink Swag at your expense. In such cases, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods you purchased, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

5.3 Cancellations

Pink Swag cannot accept any refund on items once they have been purchased due to each items customisation.

5.4 Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

5.5 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
