Each product is made to order, tailored to your specific preferences, and as a result, we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on personal customisation choices. Please consider this policy before making your purchase.

Late or missing refund

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

Sale Items

Unfortunately sale items are not entitled to refund along with the policy outlined in section '‘Refunds"‘

Exchanges

We exclusively provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged after an investigation . If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at admin@pinkdot.uk, for instructions.

Pink swag does now accept and exchange for any item unless they have not meet the warranty requirement set in the policy

Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with your item(s), and these shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items valued over £75, we recommend considering the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we make every effort to receive returned items, we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking or insurance.
